The company is engaged in the clinical and biological analysis laboratory activities. Its business was incorporated in July of 1991. The company has a registered head office based in Barcelona, Spain. The company is divided into three departments: the technical department, which caters to the quality systems management, total quality control, audits of the quality system, computer programs (win-lab, trace-lab), connections and internal communication with clients; the administration department with central reagent purchase unit, laboratory equipment and materials, central computer buying unit, central head office, invoicing administration, preferential funding, and audits management; and the commercial department, which caters to the brand image, common agreements with preferential clients, marketing and promotion activities.
